About The Role We are seeking qualified contractors to support the administration and management of extended service contracts for automotive products and services.

This role is critical to ensuring contract compliance, supporting dealer and customer inquiries, and delivering a high‑quality service experience.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and comfortable collaborating across dealerships, service centers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

This remote opportunity is only open to individuals located in the United States.

Additionally, the role requires access to reliable internet and the ability to manage all responsibilities from a home office. The project hours of operations will be Monday – Friday, in which candidate must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time.

Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third-party payroll supplier, eTeam, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.

Key Responsibilities Core Duties

  • Administer and manage extended service contracts for automotive products and services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Monitor contract performance, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues in alignment with established processes and policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound dealer calls and initiating outbound calls as needed to address inquiries or follow‑ups.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies throughout the contract lifecycle.
Deliverables or Project Scope
  • Accurate and timely maintenance of extended service contract records and related documentation.
  • Effective resolution of dealer and customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues to support customer satisfaction.
  • Ongoing monitoring and reporting of contract activity, trends, and potential risks impacting service delivery.
Collaboration Tools or Platforms
  • Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) for reporting, documentation, and communication.
  • Internal contract management and customer service systems used to track contracts and interactions.
  • Regular collaboration with dealerships, service centers, manufacturers, and cross‑functional internal teams.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract management, customer service, or the automotive industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities in a customer‑facing environment.
Preferred Qualification
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
